What WordPress version do I need?
Our plugins and themes are built and tested against the current major release of WordPress and the one before it. Each product page lists the minimum version required.
Will this work with my current theme or page builder?
Most of our plugins are theme-independent and follow WordPress coding standards, so they should work alongside your existing setup. If you’re unsure about a specific combination, ask before you buy — we’d rather check than have you troubleshoot after the fact.
Do you offer a demo before I purchase?
Where available, a live preview link is included on the product page. If one isn’t listed and you’d like to see it in action first, get in touch.
Installing & Activating
How do I install a plugin or theme I’ve purchased?
After checkout, you’ll get a download link and a license key by email. Upload the file through Plugins → Add New → Upload (or Appearance → Themes → Add New for themes), then activate it and paste in your license key when prompted.
What if I bought a full website build — what happens next?
We’ll be in touch directly to kick off the build, starting with a short brief covering your content, structure, and any existing branding. You won’t need to install anything yourself.
I’ve hit an error during activation — what now?
Deactivate any recently added plugins one at a time to check for a conflict, then reach out via the contact page with the exact error message and your site URL so we can take a look.
Licensing & Updates
How many sites can I use one license on?
This is set at checkout and stated on your receipt — commonly single-site or multi-site license tiers. You can upgrade a license later if you need to cover more sites.
How do updates reach my site?
With an active license key entered in the plugin or theme settings, updates appear in your WordPress dashboard like any other plugin update.
What happens when my license expires?
The plugin or theme keeps working — an expired license only stops new updates and support access, it won’t disable your site. Renewing at any time restores both.
