By purchasing a plugin, theme, or website build from Hayhoe Agency, or engaging us for custom WordPress work, you agree to the terms below.

Custom website builds

• Scope — Work is delivered against the brief agreed before the project starts. Changes outside that scope may incur additional cost.
• Ownership — Once final payment is received, custom code and design work built specifically for your site is yours. Third-party plugins, themes, and stock assets remain under their own licenses.
• Timelines — Delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by late content, feedback, or approvals from your side may shift the schedule.

Plugins & themes

• License keys — Each purchase includes a license key covering the number of sites stated at checkout, plus updates and support for the period stated on the product page.
• Support — Support covers using the product as documented. It doesn’t include fixing conflicts caused by other plugins, custom code, or hosting issues.

Applies to all plugins and themes sold by Archer Creative Agency

WordPress itself is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL v2 or later), and any plugin or theme that hooks into WordPress’s core functions inherits that license for its code. Buying a license key from us covers updates, support, and activation — it doesn’t restrict what you can do with the underlying code.

• Use freely — Install the code on as many sites as you like. The GPL doesn’t limit that; your purchased license key covers official updates and support for the number of sites stated at checkout.
• Modify it — You’re free to edit, extend, or fork the code for your own use.
• Share it — You may redistribute the code itself under the GPL. Bundled images, fonts, and branded assets that aren’t part of the software are licensed separately and aren’t covered by this.

If any product ships with non-GPL bundled assets (premium fonts, stock photography, etc.), that will be stated on the individual product page.

Digital products and custom work

• Plugins & themes — Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the product hasn’t been activated on a live site and doesn’t work as described. Once a license key has been activated, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Custom website builds — Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Refunds for undelivered milestones are assessed against work completed to that point.

What we collect, and how it’s used

• Checkout details — Name, email, and payment information collected to process your order, handled by our payment processor rather than stored directly by us.
• Support requests — Anything you share when requesting support (site URLs, screenshots, error logs) is used only to resolve your issue.
• No selling data — We don’t sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
